Headquartered at Indore, Kalani Group is one of the oldest established business houses of Madhya Pradesh, possessing more than 7 decades of business history. Kalani group, over a period of time, has established its presence in diverse business areas including real estate development, manufacturing of packaging products, wind energy generation, herbal products, etc.
In the real estate business, Kalani Group can be accredited for introducing colonised planned development in Indore city almost 70 years back when areas such as Prem Nagar, Kalani Nagar, Sri Nagar, Inderlok, Manishpuri, etc were developed by Kalani Group. All these developments have now become a land mark in themselves and they now define the city. The Group has very wide experience in construction & development of residential projects in Indore with large number of satisfied customers. Kalani Group was started by late Mr. B.N. Kalani in 1940s. His main business was finance and colonizing. The Group’s activities were carried out by his son Mr. P.S. Kalani who diversified the Group into industrial activity, manufacturing A.C. pressure pipes, RCC spun pipes, cement tiles, and later on, polypropylene woven sacks and tarpaulin.
Treasure Fantasy, a fully integrated township, is located on CAT- Rau Road, adjoining RRCAT. The Economic Corridor project which is part of the larger Delhi - Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) is coming up in close vicinity of the township. The Economic Corridor project will be larger than the Super Corridor Project of Indore and will accelerate the growth of Indore.
